Ordering Shipping & Policies

Method of payment

We accept Visa, MasterCard, Cashier’s Checks and Money Orders.  Note: All prices are subject to change without notice.

Ordering options: online; by phone; by fax/mail  order form 1.pdf

Orders can be placed on our secure website using PayPal.  It takes approximately 2-5 business days to receive your order with online payment and up to 10 business days if paying by check or money order.  Note:  All customized skincare orders are billed prior to shipping including clients wanting to pay using Cashier’s checks and Money Orders.  If paying using this method please complete the following:

• Complete Aromaprofiling Skincare Analysis™ online
• In the information box state that you are mailing in your payment
• Print out and fill in Order Form
• Make payment payable to: Adassa James Institute
• Mail payment and order form to: Adassa James Institute Inc.  2770 S. Maryland Pkwy #307, Las Vegas, Nevada 89109. 

Your order will be shipped after payment has been received.

Ordering by telephone

If your preference is to place your order by phone, contact our office at 702-735-0544.  Prior to calling please complete your Aromaprofiling Skincare Analysis™ online.

Rush Orders

You have the option of placing a rush status on the manufacturing of your skincare products.  There is a rush manufacturing fee of $10.00 applied to each item ordered.  Shipment will be mail within 24 hours of receiving order.   Note:  Rush orders are not accepted from new clients or for soap purchases.

Our all natural 100% vegetable luxurious body bar require a four week lead time.  This enables the soap to cure.

Shipping Carriers

All orders are shipped Priority USPS.  All orders are subject to a shipping and handling fee.  Note: Nevada State Tax is incurred on shipping charges.

Damaged Shipment

If your shipment is damaged save all packaging, contact the shipper and contact us immediately, by phone, or e-mail outlining the nature of the damage and how your shipment was delivered to you.  Once you have contacted the shipper and RETAIN PROOF OF CONTACT THEN CONTACT US, we will send mail out replacement order at no charge. 

NOTE: YOU MUST CONTACT SHIPPER AND HAVE PROOF BEFORE WE CAN SHIP REPLACEMENT ITEMS TO YOU

Refunds

If you are unhappy with you product please return the unused portion.  A fee of 15% of your purchase amount will be assessed for handling.  Our policy regarding refunds has been implemented because each product is custom made to suit your needs.

Note: Shipping charges are non-refundable

Canceling an order   Orders canceled within 72 hours -3days are not subject to fees.  A 15% cancelation fee will be applied to all orders canceled after 72 hours. Our policy regarding canceled orders has been implemented because each product is custom made to suit your needs.
